Such a warm and family atmosphere is not often experienced when visiting your own family members. The room facilities were incredibly comfortable, and the bed was one of the most cosy in which I slept. In my room I could really relax and have a rest. Breakfasts were a real masterpiece - after it I couldn't stop smiling all morning. The owner of the B&B is one of the nicest people I have ever met. I recommend with all my heart!

We had a warm welcome by Lliwin and her dog Cookie. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The House is located in a quiet part of Oxford and we had just a five-minute-walk to the bus-stop. Highly recommend!

An easy drive or a short bus ride in and out of Oxford, Abodes offers the warmest of welcomes from the its delightful owner (or her son), a spotless room and en suite bathroom, the most comfortable of beds and a generous and tasty continental breakfast all at an price that is value for money at its best,

I have stayed a number of times in apex room 2 and the double room at abodes B&B ; and I can certainly say that I will, without hesitation, recommend it to anyone who is in the area. The facilities were of a wonderfully high standard, tea and coffee stations in both rooms and a beautiful, newly refurbished ensuite in the double room. Very easy access to the city centre, beautiful modern decor and to top it all off a friendly, attentive and all round brilliant host. The booking process was easy and stress free, the newly added 'chat' function on the webpage made this a breeze. A fantastic stay that doesn't break the bank! What more could you ask for?!
