Resolved! Hypnotherapy

Alternative Medicine Practitioner in Oxford, Oxfordshire
Alternative Medicine Practitioner in Oxford, Oxfordshire I work in Oxford, Thame, Reading and Wallingford to provide high quality, ethical, professional hypnotherapy. I particularly specialise in the following areas.

1. Tinnitus. People working in the audiology department of the John Radcliffe recommend their patients to come and see me when they express an interest in hypnotherapy. I work to help people habituate to the sound of their tinnitus whilst resolving any underlying anxieties.

2. Emotional abuse. Experiencing this, myself, is what led me into training as a psychotherapist. I had therapy myself, despite my initial scepticism, and was so impressed that I trained in order to be able to help others. I help my clients to leave their pain behind them, to feel more comfortable with their own selves and to move on to live happy and fulfilled lives.

3. Asperger's. it can't be cured, of course, but I do help people to leave anxiety, depression, OCD and the like behind them. My daughter is on the spectrum and so I do have a good understanding of how it works. Around a quarter to a third of my clients are on the spectrum too.

I work with any number of problems, helping my clients to resolve them at the symptomatic and root cause level.

read moreThanks to Paul my family is back together and my autistic son who was anxious is feeling like his old self he is doing well at school as his confidence soared after seeing Paul. The personalised audios are still doing the trick and has improved my son's sleep pattern.
Now he is able to concentrate at school and because he has high self esteem, he is now hoping to study to be a vet. I am truly grateful Paul, you really are amazing. Many thanks.

I felt as though I was in good hands from the first meeting, He has a natural warm that reaches every person who he meets. He is motivating, inspiring and he can change a persons mindset very quickly.
The support that I received was incredible and this has allowed me to build my own practice and gain my own success.
He is a true asset to the profession and for anyone who is experiencing a problem in their life should not hesitate to contact him.

read morePaul helped me as a trainee therapist and then again when my sister died last year. We worked over VSEE (like skype) and I am glad I did as I learnt to manage my grief. His deep empathy and common sense approach made a big difference to how I coped.

I am currently planning mindfulness groups for others affected by grief :)

Thanks Paul :)
