In 1989 Gillian, a running enthusiast, embarked in a modest way with a 1st tiny running shop in Harrogate. The formula was and is simple yet effective: be better than your competition. When a 2nd outlet was opened in Leeds it was profitable within 3 months. Then in June 2002 a York shop was launched and exceeded all expectations. Now we currently have shops throughout the country, including franchises; and a successful internet retail operation.
